Exchange & Return Policy – KidzyCart.com

At KidzyCart.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, especially when shopping for kids — that’s why we offer a simple and transparent exchange & return policy.


📦 Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and labels are intact
  • You received the wrong size, color, or defective item

➡️ Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, socks, or accessories.


❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Products used or washed
  • Items without original tags
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Customized or personalized orders

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order:
  2. Provide your Order Number, details of the item, and reason for exchange.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

🚚 Return/Exchange Process

  • Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us via courier.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll:
    • Ship the replacement item (if available), OR
    • Issue store credit that you can use on your next order.

📦 We do not offer cash refunds.


💡 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

🕘 Processing Time

  • Exchange approvals & replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
