📦 Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags and labels are intact
- You received the wrong size, color, or defective item
➡️ Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, socks, or accessories.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:
- Products used or washed
- Items without original tags
- Clearance/sale items
- Customized or personalized orders
🔄 How to Request an Exchange
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order:

- WhatsApp:
- Provide your Order Number, details of the item, and reason for exchange.
- Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
🚚 Return/Exchange Process
- Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us via courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll:
- Ship the replacement item (if available), OR
- Issue store credit that you can use on your next order.
📦 We do not offer cash refunds.
💡 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
🕘 Processing Time
- Exchange approvals & replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
